Be part of something new from the very beginning.

Join our Planning & Performance Management (PPM) team and help shape one of Zurich's key Finance transformation initiatives. We are building a new approach to planning and forecasting, moving beyond traditional static FP&A processes towards a dynamic, monthly rolling forecast supported by Anaplan.

As part of a newly formed global team, you will not simply inherit an existing solution. You will have the opportunity to help design, build and implement it from the ground up, working with Group and local Finance teams across Life, P&C and Farmers.

This is a unique opportunity to combine Finance, technology and business performance expertise while helping define the future of planning and forecasting at Zurich. You will join at an exciting stage of the journey, with the ability to influence the design, structure and ways of working from the outset.

Your role

As part of the newly formed team, you will have the opportunity to shape both the solution and the future forecasting process, combining Finance expertise with hands-on Anaplan development.

• Shape the design of Zurich’s new rolling forecast approach, working with Group and local Finance teams to translate business needs into effective solutions
• Design and build financial forecasting models in Anaplan from the ground up, supporting key financial KPIs across Life, P&C and Farmers
• Transform existing spreadsheet-based planning and forecasting models into scalable, standardized Anaplan solutions
• Develop intuitive dashboards and reporting views that turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with Finance teams across countries to understand requirements, challenge existing approaches and drive alignment around new ways of working
• Work with data across multiple sources, including data transformation, validation and reconciliation to ensure robust forecasting outputs
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous evolution of the solution as the new rolling forecast capability is rolled out across Zurich

What you bring

We are looking for someone who wants to do more than operate an established FP&A process. You should bring a strong foundation in Finance, planning or performance management, together with an analytical mindset and enthusiasm for Finance transformation.

You will enjoy this role if you like building new solutions, challenging traditional ways of working and turning Finance requirements into effective forecasting models and processes. Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools is an advantage, but equally important are curiosity, willingness to learn and the ambition to help shape a new global capability from the ground up.

As the solution is being designed and implemented, you should be comfortable working in a dynamic transformation environment, collaborating across Group and local Finance teams and contributing your own ideas. This is a role for someone who wants to combine Finance expertise, technology and innovation and have a genuine impact on the future of FP&A at Zurich.

We offer

Compensation for roles at Zurich depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific role, skill set, level of experience, and subject to applicable law. Zurich thus provides a range of compensation aligned to internal job architecture and market benchmarks to ensure fair and consistent pay for comparable roles.

The starting base salary for this position is 3800 EUR/ Gross.
